To download a video, click the “Download” link. Choose to save it to your hard drive. The video is packaged in a ZIP file. After you download the file, you will need to unzip it before you can play the video. To unzip a file, right-click on it, and select "Extract All". If you don’t have a zip/unzip program on your computer already, you can download one for free from www.7-zip.org

After unzipping the folder, you will need to double-click the index.html file to view the video. The video is a flash file, which can be viewed on any Windows or Apple computer with the flash plugin. If you have any trouble viewing the video, I would suggest trying the solutions on this page.
